Accelerate
Building on the success of the Apprenticeship Scheme, 'accelerate' opportunities are designed for those ambitious team members that see a long-term future in the Group. Establishing themselves as an Ambassador, the senior leadership team will work with the team member to join The HEX Group Accelerate Programme, funding education advancement, supported by a bespoke career development programme.
Retain
Staff retention is really important to us and we recognise that a motivated, happy workforce results in reduced absenteeism, greater productivity and improved quality. Our 'retain' activities allow us to continuously reinforce to our colleagues that they are our most valued asset and we are prepared to listen to their opinions and shape our business to be a people-first organisation.
