Rising Energy Costs Causing Greatest Concern Amongst Staffordshire Manufacturers

Rising energy costs is the greatest cause for concern amongst the manufacturers attending today’s Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Manufacturers’ Forum, chaired by The HEX Group CEO Martin Smith. Representing the region’s manufacturing community, of the 14 firms that attended the event, over half (53%) of firms cited rising energy costs as the number one concern, followed by raw material costs (27%) as the second worry for 2022.
